Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Teddy Swims gear as much as the music, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
